We make every effort to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.
Your parts will be dispatched to your registered Address unless otherwise requested.

We use a third party courier service for all of our deliveries.
In the eventuality that an item is out of stock we will notify you immediately and inform you of an estimated delivery time.
We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cybox shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the purchaser or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
We must be informed in writing within 24 hours of delivery of any damages or shortage of goods. Failure to do so will free the company from any liability in this respect.
Under no circumstances shall Cybox be liable for any loss of profit or contracts or other consequential loss or damage on the part of the Buyer however caused.
