If you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase). If you return an item by post you will need to cover the cost of postage however if you are returning a faulty item your postage cost will be refunded once we have received back and confirmed the fault.
Made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the Goods to the Cybox at your own cost. The goods must be returned unopened and you must take reasonable care to ensure the Goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. You may send returns back to us via which ever method you choose, however we do recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage. When sending returns back to us please make sure they are securely packaged, as Cybox cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
We will endeavour to process refunds as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your Order any time before dispatch, or within seven days of receiving your goods. If you cancel after dispatch of Goods, Cybox will attempt to stop the item in transit, but if the Goods are delivered, you will still be entitled to a full refund. Please contact email@example.com if you wish to exercise this right.
In order to return an item, you must first contact Cybox for a Returns Authorisation Number. You can do this either by telephoning 0151 343 0330 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org . This must be done within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
Once your return is authorised an acknowledgement will be sent to the email address originally used for the order. Any products returned without a valid Returns Authorisation Number will be refused.
Your Returns Authorisation Number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package and a copy of the Returns Authorisation form included within the package. If the form is not included this may delay your refund.
All returns must be received back by Cybox within 7 days of the issue of the Returns Authorisation. Once received back all returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. Cybox will not be held liable for any damage incurred in transit back to Cybox so we always recommend taking insurance cover with your carrier.
