In the Press Bent column, two numbers are shown. These correspond to a 20% reduction on a shallow bend, and a 30% reduction on a tighter bend.
As can be seen from the table, a 2 1/2 inch press bent pipe is actually smaller in cross-sectional area at the bend than a 21/4 inch mandrel bent pipe!
